Reservation
When making a reservation, the full amount of the stay is paid along with the deposit.
In 'douane Belge' you can stay with a maximum of 6 people, and in 'douane France' with a maximum of 5 people. You can also rent both of the houses, with a maximum of 11 people.  
On site, you will find a comprehensive folder with various attractions, dates of events, walking routes, addresses of nice restaurants, etc.

Deposit

• The deposit is €250 per stay.
• This is used for the final cleaning and heating costs.
• The property will be checked after your departure. If there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded to your account within 14 days after departure.
• Duvets and pillows are provided.

Bring your own:

• Fitted sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcase.
• Kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid, sponge, rag.
• blankets for the sofas if a pet is coming along (to protect the sofa).

The deposit includes the following conditions:

• Sorting the trash bins, cleaning the BBQ and oven, emptying the freezer and fridge.
• Sorting trash: paper/cardboard, glass in the designated bin, PMD in the designated bag, residual waste 1 bag/per stay (stay of 2 weeks = 2 bags).
• We record the gasmeter readings upon arrival and departure. Your consumption will be settled through the deposit.

Smoking
Smoking indoors is prohibited.

Pets
Pets are allowed.
Please bring blankets to cover the sofas.

Cancellation
In the event of a vacation cancellation, regardless of the reason, the full or partial rental amount already paid cannot be refunded.
If the canceled period is re-rented, you will receive the full amount back in the form of a voucher.
The amount of the deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded upon cancellation.

Liability
We are not liable for damage, injuries, or any accidents to the renter(s); loss, theft, or damage to your belongings.
You must have appropriate travel insurance for this.
